the theme of this comp is
redesigning enemies from Subcon. you have to take at least 2 enemies from SMB2 (you can use enemies like Pokeys, Shy Guys, Bob-Ombs, and other enemies that you see today that originated in SMB2. however...
- Your sprite's size should be a multiple of 16. so 16, 32, etc.
- Make sure you have at least 2 different Subconian enemies.
- Each sprite can't use any more than 8 colors maximum.
the reason why I've got the rules kinda strict is so people can test both their designing abilities as well as their ability to work with limitation. I'd like to keep the size restriction around if possible, but if the demand is high enough I'll take down the color limit.
you've got one week! if extensions are needed (considering 3D World comes out next friday and Thanksgiving is the following week), I'll extend it.
