congrats to TheWario for getting first place, and to everyone else who participated! this comp's theme is [size=200]Minis.[/size] what this means is that you must sprite at least one existing Mini (Mario, Toad, Peach, DK, or Pauline), and at least one Mini of a character that does not have one (Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, etc) in a [b]custom[/b] style. ... that wasn't as long as I thought it would be. either way, you have one week, so until May 25th! technically 8 days but as of posting this it may as well be Saturday.

I think I'm going to enter this! Sounds fun

If I can somehow sprite well all of a sudden, I may enter this...

My entry. I'm not exactly thrilled about it, but it definitely isn't my worst. Well, as you can probably tell, it's Pauline (left) and Petey Piranha (right). I might tinker with it some more before the end.

Small update, I fixed Mini Wario's awkward legs and added eyebrows for a 'meanish' look, plus an animated... wait, what were those things called again? Keys? [img]http://i.imgur.com/fEhUkzX.png[/img] [img]http://i.imgur.com/Ay0l7rt.gif[/img]

I made another set. The existing ones are on the left, the made up ones are on the right. I added the Peach and Boo. For the Boo, the idea is that you wind it up and it can fly with the propeller.

Can I say one thing Farlon? In the future, try not to enlarge your sprites. I mainly say this in case you ever plan on submitting something. Enlarging them basically makes your sprites unusable.
