Meet the Rusty Ropokey. This rusty old binary based pokey is malfunctioning. Yes binary. Go ahead literally, there are a bunch of 1's and 0's in his body parts. Other than Broken pixels and some busted LED's, he's handlling malfunction well. But when you hear that "Bah" in the music, those 1's and 0's turn into 2's and 3's. That's when he is vunerable. i'll make an animation soon. But for now, here is my entry.

Using vector programs are cheating and makes high quality sprites for you

Vector programs aren't cheating, they make a different art type so it's not accepable, it'd be accepible in drawing comps.
Plus vector programs require skill to get high quality results.

Vector art is completely different than pixel art/sprites since vector art doesn't use presise pixel placement.
