Why? It's a vehicle. It's well done. Even has some animations for weapons/headlights.

But this particular sprite was partly made sometime before the competition even started. He began work on the sprite again when the competition started and has finished it now for entry, I believe. That would be as to why I'm a bit confused if it was right to allow it. But it has been allowed now for better or for worse.
