I noticed that Sprite Competition #4 started in April, and has yet to be finished. For some reason, Ridge Troopa never came back and continued the competition. Guinea has given me the OK to repost the competition and start the voting portion. Since there were only four entries, this topic will be the final voting for the badges. Yeah, you make a new one. You PM a moderator (Char I think) and tell him the theme idea you have. Then you create the topic yourself. If you don't contact Char within two days, then control of the competition goes to the runner up.

The winner just makes the topic for the next and PMs a link to a moderator so it can be stickied, that's all. Also, Char is not a moderator.
