According to rumors, Mother 3 HAS been localized and it's just a matter of it actually being released.

I remember hearing it for some time now (since the early 2010s), but I heard it quite a bit more after Earthbound Beginnings was announced for WiiU VC. It had stirred around that Nintendo supposedly has had a translation for like a decade now and has just been sitting on it.

Just a reminder, anything revealed before E3 doesn't count since it isn't E3 yet.

I feel like it should count if it was intended FOR E3 and wasn't already known to happen prior.

Unless I'm misunderstanding you. Either way, the point of E3 Bingo is to make guesses for things that will happen at E3. If something comes out before E3 then it's not a part of E3. I'd rather not bend the rule because I feel like it could open up a bunch of loopholes and what not like "Well they revealed this thing in a Direct a month after E3, so it should count since the thing revealed a month before E3 did!", or something like that. All that aside, I'm thinking I'll wait until after the Nintendo Direct tomorrow before I start my card. EDIT- Now, I will say that if the trailer had been uploaded on the official Sega youtube page or whatever and had been specifically designated as their E3 2017 trailer, then I'd be willing to let it pass as, as you said, it would be intended for E3, but based on how it's presented, it doesn't have any connection to E3, it's just a random reveal.

Well thanks for making the topic a whole month in advance and waiting until NOW to give us this pro-tip. Why even start the topic on May 11th if there's a whole month of "things could happen" and you're gonna wait until the last minute to make yours anyway? It's just asking for things like this to happen. Start the topic the week before E3 so that these misunderstandings and card edits don't have to happen! Again, how the hell are we supposed to know* that SEGA will just randomly reveal a bit of crucial Sonic Forces information the month before E3!?*

I get where Chaoxys is coming from. It certainly didn't happen during E3. Though prompting us to make them this early I feel like you're setting everyone up for failure. People who already put together their cards are predicting announcements correctly but they're being spoiled because they came early. It's very demotivating. I feel like any announcement from when the card is officially posted in the topic until the end of E3 should count. That would be good incentive for those who decide to make their cards early. Either that or start this a little bit closer to the actual event so things like this don't happen.
