Khimera: Destroy All Monster Girls by SyaxamaphoneHave you ever wondered what it would be like to be a synthetic monster girl whose mission is to stop a legion of pirates stealing money from your island? If so, then Khimera: Destroy All Monster Girls may be the game for you! You play as Chelshia the chimera, the world's first manufactured monster madame, on a quest to retrieve the fortune that was stolen from your hometown. To do so, you'll have to battle countless minions of the Sea Spiders, a dastardly group of pirates who have their eyes on the prize--money. Punching and dashing will be your top two attacks to use in this platforming game, but you can also get the DNA of the bigger baddies and use their powers against them, not unlike the Mega Man games. Overall, it's a fun little throwback that feels fresh, complete with top-notch dialogue and a great soundtrack, courtesy of Doc (the soundtrack, not the dialogue). If you'd like, you can get it on Steam, where you can also get a costume with the purchase of one American dollar (or of similar exchange). Khimera is simply fantastic, and it's quite possibly one of the best indie games to come out this year on MFGG!
In the words of Syaxamaphone: You did it.
