Technically, he can.
But BEN DROWNED is way too significant to Majora's Mask to be just outright ignored.

It really isn't. It does not affect my enjoyment of the original game in the slightest. The original game did just perfectly fine before the BEN DROWNED creepypasta ever existed, just as it would do just as fine if it never did. If you like the game slightly more because of BEN DROWNED, that's fine, good for you, but that does not oblige everyone around you to so, nor does it oblige Weegeesquare to include a reference to it.

(Though honestly, judging by what Weegeesquare thinks is funny, I honestly don't know why you're worried about it. It'd be more surprising if he didn't include a reference to it.)

Majora's Mask is significant to the enjoyment of BEN DROWNED, not the other way around.

It's not funny, it was only marginally clever the first couple videos, and it has long since worn out its welcome.

With this whole discussion about my game, I'll drop my two cents in since, well, It's my game.

Yes, BEN will appear, but barely. So far he's only on the title screen. There. I spoiled the first joke in the game just so this stupid argument would end.

Last thing: I'm trying not to make this game look like complete trash. While joke games do have a trend to look "so bad it's good," you can't make a joke game off of poor graphics and bad grammar and spelling alone.

You can see here I'm putting at least some effort into the graphics.

And I'm seriously trying with the jokes, and while there are some obvious ones here and there, a lot of the other ones are pretty clever.
BEN is not the sole joke in the game; while there are some continuity-related jokes like him, many of the jokes rely on execution. BEN is not a joke that can be executed well, due to said joke being, well, pretty much dead. You'll get either an "ugh" reaction from BEN or just none.

There. Now discussion over.

Known for being overpowered*, it has now been nerfed to balance the game better...
...meaning it's gonna take forever to kill anything with it. At least 40 shots should do...
*Being one of the worst weapons, apparently...

Sorry, it actually has to do with the laptop I have.

My other two broke, so I'm stuck using a Windows XP laptop that can barely run my games at full FPS.

Thankfully I may be getting a new one soon!

You cannot get hit (I think)
There are 5 weapons, and getting a later weapon gives you earlier ones, just because.
Controls listed at game start.
Credits after defeating the golden eye (DUH!)
Oh yeah, look for a golden gun before fighting the eye, K?

Sorry guys... I've been working on my game really hard, but I won't be able to complete it by the deadline... v.v

I mean, a good chunk is complete (all of Woodfall is done, while Snowhead has the tiling and object placement mostly done while the bay is just getting started) but it'd be impossible to finish the game by tomorrow.

So I'll either need an extension or I'll release the game as-is by tomorrow, and then release a full-finished patch once it's all done.
