Actually, anything that goes against something confirmed is still fair (just not wise). The rule is that you can't have a spot that goes along with something thats been confirmed/announced.

Paper Mario U, the 3DS NFC reader + amiibo cards, Waluigi appears somewhere in the direct, something GCN-related, a N3DSXL exclusive, something Pikmin, Animal Crossing U, Free space (Star Fox), a new Metroid, Splatoon DLC, More Fire Emblem If, Mario Maker price / release date, more on Xenoblade X, and some others. I don't have access to it right now, but I've been holding off until I was confidant that everything I wrote down would come to pass.) (I just wanted to make note of this before more leaks happen- I'm pretty sure that the N3DSXL exclusive is Hyrule Warriors.)
