Dimensions is a game with eight bits, two dimensions, and a whole lot of fun! SMB Dimensions stars Mario and a friendly little green Boo named Polter. Bowser has grown tired of Mario constantly thwarting his diabolical efforts, so the King of the Koopas has decided to conquer another dimension before moving on to invade the Mushroom Kingdom as usual. There aren't a whole lot of Mario fangames that include a gimmick as mind-blowing as the one in SMB Dimensions. With a press of a button, you'll switch to an alternate dimension, which has a different level layout and graphical appearance. It's not the only fun thing, because the game saves records for coins collected and time taken, and if you play well enough, you'll earn medals for them. There are six (sometimes three) Star Coins in most levels, and with all of these collectables, there's tons to do. It'll take you a long time to 100% the game. You'll enjoy a nice variety of levels - in addition to standard platforming fare, you'll also find some shooter-style levels starring Polter. SMB Dimensions is one of the best usages of a premade engine on MFGG. It's a lot of fun, and it's well worth your time! Thanks to Q-Nova for contributing part of this post, including the GOTM banner. Dimensions is a game I've loved ever since the first demo. It's not surprise to me that this has won GoTM! Congratulations on making such an awesome game!

Awww... why didn't Spoopy Maryo win? :( But seriously, thanks a bunch for the GOTM! I'm really glad people are enjoying it as much as they are. While there are some things I probably could've done better (like using Bomb Mario more often or creatively, and making the level design a little less cheap in World 8), I too am satisfied with the end result. On a side note, I do plan on releasing an update for the game that fixes many things. I've been meaning to upload it for quite some time now, but other things have been getting in the way.
