Would anyone be against he idea of, in each world, if we use the same designs on specific parts? To make it more clear as to what I'm saying, I'm looking at the pieces we have now and I'm noticing that the varying grass patterns, although good on their own, look awkward when put together. So should we just have a consistent grass in this case to keep the flow going? If so then I vote for Mits (it looks nice).

I agree. A consistent Grass/Sand/Snow tile would make things flow a lot more smoothly.

Actually, it would help to keep edges consistent as well in terms of height and what not, so it may help to avoid confusion. This way spaces on the edge will line up and won't randomly cut off next to the others (I can't explain what I'm trying to say I'm afraid).

But what if a tile is in front of yours? that can be VERY time consuming

...then the tile is pasted in front of your tile. it's a different story if a tile is BEHIND yours, but even then you can just find the tile in front of yours and paste it in.

I don't even see what they has to do with anything. And I especially don't see how having a tile in front of yours could be very time consuming.

meaning removing what overlaps with yours, then placing the tiles, removing the black outlines, the replacing the cut-out stuff again?
Maybe I'm not a Picasso in image editing, but oh well.

just grab a blank tile and pull it off and edit it separately. I don't sprite right onto the base, then you have to worry about screwing up surrounding tiles.

also, I'm gonna switch out my claim for 19 to 34 so I can make a side tile.

Wait, so are you trying to literally take his entire base and work it into yours? No, don't do that. Just make your grass the same shade of green as his, then copy and past the little grass tuffs that he made here any there on yours. If you are doing something else then... idk what you are doing honestly.

EDIT- Just saw Mits post. If thats what you are talking about then yeah, jsut focus on the single square. If you see a way to link it with a tile near yours (by link I mean in a creative way, like if their spot has a bullet bill on it, you could add a bill blaster or something), do that after you'd linked it with the whole thing to make it easier.

I'm going to re-post it in case it was missed, but I claimed tile #22 in the World one. I'm assuming the original post just hasn't been updated, but I just want to double check that my spot is reserved.

What image host are you guys using for yours? I don't want to rely on the MFGG file uploader if I don't have to.

But for now, here's mine for #22:
