you really should only request WHEN YOU NEED TO. this is a fairly simple thing to sprite and can be easily copied down from SSBB or sunshine itself.

The style you're looking for appears to be "Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga"-style customs. Correct me if I'm wrong. I recommend starting a fangame without being too picky about the graphics. Just make a Super Mario Bros-style fangame or something, since so many of those graphics exist.

You could try learning spriting yourself. It's not too difficult to get into, and it's an extremely valuable skill for game development.
