Thanks! I'm glad you appreciate the appreciation. It's actually one of the first results if you type "Thunderbird Zelda" into Google Images. I think it's cool that you took an 8-bit character with very little detail and really fleshed him out.

Now adding Carock. Carock is the head wizzrobe of Ganon's army. He was from the game Zelda II. His redesign here mixes the Odin Sphere art style with the Wind Waker design choices.

On your tilesets and backgrounds on the first page, I like how they are constructed with their shapes though some of them appear to be rather esoteric to use, especially on those that do not have a mock up screenshot for their use. Doesnt help that your use of black as a major color for dithering complicates things. (In that I cant always tell which is interactable foreground and which one is to be used for background and or foreground scenery)

I was expecting mediocre art when I came in here, (as with forum members I'm unfamiliar with,) but I couldn't be more wrong. Keep up the good work!
(But why are your sheets so spread out? That's a lot of empty space.)

The reason they're spread out is due to keeping the animations all on the same line and lined up properly for animation. This is just to make them easier to use. :cool: Anyway, thanks for the encouragement. It means a lot.

Giving each frame the same height and width makes sprite sheets a bazillion times easier to import into Game Maker.

I don't think that this boss does much in the way of animation. If I should include something, please say so. Also, should I make its second form Phantron II (from the original Star Fox) or Hunter Phantron (Star Fox 2)?
