If you actually want to learn go take a stop to the spriting dictionary or a more professional spriter who has been doing this for years which there are plenty of them.

You've got some nice AA, but some banding on the bottom. Also just a few positioning issues: the nose is kind of low, the mouth is too far to the left, the ear is very large, and I would recommend making his left (our right) eye thinner, since it's further away. He does seem like an average joe, though.

If its a paperboy hat you're going for, I'd say bring the back down, and make the top-front stick out more.
