Well, it's an airbrush. Not exactly meant for what I was doing with it.
But, no goal, no plan, just playing around. This is why I call it a scribble session.
It's a good way to relax. :)

So, here is what I am capable of with this airbrush:

Acrylic on Canvas Board.... not the best setup for scanning.

The shadow for the flower looks kinda weird, but it's a good piece of art nonetheless.

Thanks! And yeah, the shadow didn't come out as planned.
I also smeared one of the petals on the flower, mistaking it for part of the stem.

I don't mind the shadow too much.
Anyway, looks great as always! Reminded me of Sky Canyon from Sonic Advance 2 for a second.

Had to google that one.
I kinda see the resemblance actually.
Though the art style for that blows mine away.
Thank you!

Thanks! where most of it was done with an airbrush, I do have to admit, there were touch-ups done with a regular paint brush.

You're welcome, Nite Shadow! Also, that painting looks pretty good! I especially love how the water and hills look.

I like how the shading on the hills capture their depth, and the lake is flawless.

Glad you all enjoyed that one!
I've been experimenting with this thing, and I think I've gotten the hang of it.
I decided to take a slightly different approach on this next one.

Holy hell.... that looks so, so... REAL.

Awesome, in other words  . If I had made it, I'd really expose it somewhere!

What did you make it with?

Thanks!
I used an airbrush set I got for Christmas, a really basic trick to use any paints in it, and a canvas board.
After painting the canvas completely black, I sprayed in the sun, then the moon, then the earth.

Thanks!
I suppose I SHOULD give people a try, It's just never been one of my strong points.

Before you reference the ones near the start of this thread, those were done with a vector tool in GIMP, which is a far cry from actual physical media like paints, although airbrush techniques are always best done with stencils, I would much prefer that content be my own. Which is why any stencils I have used up to this point, are randomly cut to shape things such as mountains.

...Perhaps a self portrait is in order.
