Ima post something here! Yay! (nobody cares! lol) I'm not very good at painting (and I'm mediocre at drawing), but I'm still gonna post these here because I want help and I want to improve! So please do comment and let me know how to get better! I did both of these tonight because I need them done by tomorrow (AP exam :sick: ), so I guess they turned out okay for being totally rushed... ?????? Probably didn't turn out okay but oh well what can we do. There are obviously many places where they could use touch-ups and they definitely have quite a few flaws, but like I said before I'm still learning and I've got an awfully long way to go, so help is appreciated. Those sprites are really good! I like that little Link. Looks very Mario-Makery. Your drawings are also pretty nice, even if a bit old by now. I never noticed you posted them earlier :whoops: That bulge looks really odd, though... I can't say why but it just makes it look weird to look at. Other than that, the picture is pretty good. I love the picture of the fish ^^ I don't know why you think it's meh, I think it looks fantastic

And about the bulge... yeah, it looks like he has paper stuffed down there or something xD I made him with nothing there at first and then desperately tried to fix it even though it was inked and painted already, and... that happened ;-;

This is my entry for the latest drawing competition! Looking back at my old art makes me really happy, because I can see how much I've improved. Wow! You made it! To tell the truth, I already knew you have the skill to do this. I've always admired your art since I saw it in the first time 2 years ago I think? You were probably born to be a good artist, unlike me :/ you might probably like my latest art but I had to work HARRRRRRRD for MANY YEARS!!!! It was specially difficult for me to draw because I was born with two malformed thumbs in my right hand. One was cut off and it might have helped me a lot at drawing because it was useless. But I still had the other malformed thumb. I can't bend it either because it has only one bone. So... I totally failed to draw for loooong time. I could not draw an anime until 2013 and I was satisfied but my anime had many flaws... Later I realized... I also have problems at improving on my own because I'm terrible at finding flaws on my own stuff :/ but I've looked at references and ditched MS Paint and that's probably my biggest step. It happened few months ago and now I'm pretty proud of my new skills. I think I probably have the skill to make any anime I want! I'm so happy! Yes, maybe everyone in this forum knows anime is my favorite art style XD and... Well I don't really like realistic art so... Don't feel bad, your work is splendid and impressive and you are still one of my favorite artists in story and I actually like you more than the famous artists in history but... I'll tell you something. My favorite artist is... one of my best female friends on Facebook. Why? Because she excels at drawing in anime style! I wanna be like her! Sadly, she takes long time on her art... But her art is a great reference of what I'm thinking of making. I have another one that is pretty impressive too, she excels too but she doesn't do digital art... But her ability to design and draw excellently in short time made her my favorite artist too, and also, she's helping me design characters for my future projects that will be revealed later ;) also she will probably become an animator like me! I will teach my other bestie to become an animator too, but she needs to make drawings in less time. I can teach her my methods ^^ oh and if you wanna become an animator too, ask me! ^^ Remember when we met? I messaged you, hehehe. We haven't talked in a long time, I know. Wanna talk me again?
