It turns out that since Game Maker Studio 2 released, Game Maker Studio 1.4 licenses are no longer registerable. This means that exports and the free Standard version are no longer available unless you already have them. However, 1.4 Professional is included with GMS 2's Windows export, I believe.

I bet everyone knows this already. Also, let me add that if you have licenses from 1.4. You can transfer them onto your Steam account and keep them there forever with no-charge.

I am unsure if that was affected to Steam yet, but I am fine. I don't really like GM:S 2 that much anyway, all they did is make it look more "cool", and just added "better" support for tilesets.

We didn't know it at the time, but we hadn't seen anything yet.
