Certainly! Try SMG4, It's a Dog and Game, and a sprite comic artist named G.B.A. Look up G.B.A's Crip and you'll find his work.

Have you ever asked Someguy/DinnerSonic? He isn't on the forums very much, but he's made a lot of popular fangames on MFGG, and he's contributed to some of the recent Charisma games. I also believe he's helped make commercial games.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll ask them!

Thank you very much! By the way, there was a small typo in my post. I meant to say "G.B.A's Crib" instead of "G.B.A's Crip." Oops...

Well guys, may try another interview sometime in future. If anyone has suggestions, post them here.

Or better yet, contact the person on Twitter and tell them to contact me about an interview. That's good too.

Not a fan game developer, but I've now interviewed the folks at Power Level Studios, creators of an interesting indie roguelike type game called Soul Reaper:

Go and check out the interview! It's one of the longest, most detailed ones yet!

New interview for those who still care:

It's with the creators of a Twilight Princess fan remake/reimagining.

Please keep in mind that News sites killed OoT2D in the past. Nintendo doesn't seem to be a fan of publicized fan remakes of official titles.

I know. But these guys don't fear Nintendo very much.

They previously said (after Nintendo took down a few of their videos) that the game would be released one way or another, and that they pretty much don't care what Nintendo thinks of it. Heck, the article even says:

Quote:
After we’re done finishing ALL the dungeons in Twilight Princess, and ALL being completely original with its own story and… everything else I mentioned earlier, we’re going to pitch ALL the dungeons to Nintendo to possibly have it where we can get permission to finish the full game. If they don’t approve it and depending on the amount of support we get from Patreon, we’ll either work on our own original title (not much Patreon support) OR we connect the dungeons that were finished to the overworld and add the full game/original story. More info about this will be given regarding new overworld/story content when the time comes.

I'm just gonna assume it'll be fine.

Again, not a fan game dev. But I interviewed Wario Land Shake it and Kirby's Epic Yarn composer Tomoya Tomita:

It's an interesting one this time, with some intriguing details about the development processes behind some of those games.

It's awesome that you scored an interview with one of the composers for Yoshi and Kirby games. I've enjoyed the music I've heard for those games, and it makes me remember that I still need to give them a try!

There's a bit of a language barrier, though, and I get the feeling he didn't quite understand a couple of your questions.

I'm with Vinny on this one--Awesome to see an interview on a composer for Yoshi and Kirby games. I'm glad to see more of these interviews, too. Keep up the good work!

(Also I just want to point out there are some errors in the article, namely
"Q: Are there any you think are especially awesome?"
"A: Yes"
-- but there is nothing there?
There are some font issues but otherwise it's not a huge issue worth mentioning.)

There was definitely a language barrier. Had a few problems with the personal info question, as well as a few questions dropped for professional reasons.

However, only saying yes to that question about fan remixes wasn't one of them. He had favourites, he just didn't send any links for them. Maybe he simply forgot the links to the videos or something. I mean, I know there are tons of great remixes and songs I wouldn't have a link to if I was asked about them.
