This is just an idea, but I've been wanting to get a lot better at GML( Game Maker Language ), but coding by my self has been a real pain. However, lately I've been looking at random game maker examples and have found them to be pretty helpful. So basically what I'm trying to say is, I think we should have little Game Maker "challenges" where members will create a certain game maker example, and will be ranked on it's output. The type of examples can vary as well, but certain things like text boxes, and radars are recommended. So, what do y'all think?

I don't really see much point in having "How-To Competitions." There are a LOT of GM tutorials out there - if you need something in particular, you'll usually find it by Googling around. And if you need help with something specific, just ask here, and if you're specific enough, you should get a response.
