It's not possible with the Game Maker. If you want to have nice effects and 3D, it's not a good idea to use Game Maker. Use something like C++/SDL, it gives you more control over everything. It might look hard to you from judging it, but it's really easy as a fact.
I'll need to learn that programming language. That's what will set the barrier for me :/ I never really viewed languages outside of gml and (a little of rgss)
But I do agree that game maker does limits you...a bit too much at that xD. I'll need to take a programming class one day.
