everything's white, making the game unplayable for me. everything's extracted, it looks like a texture issue.

Unfortunately, this is all I can see when the game starts up. Has a newer version of DirectX come out or something, haha.

That's the way it is in Lost World.

Also @ kremling: If that's really the fix to that problem you are encountering, then expect a working version soon. I still am adding a little more polish to it currently, such as more visual and sound effects, score, ..., so I will upload it once I'm done with that.

Now that has me clueless. Ticking that square in the global game settings should screw up all optimization graphics cards do, but it should prevent this stuff from happening. I didn't even use any shaders that might be incompatible with your graphics card. I'd like to know your OS, processor, RAM, DirectX version, graphics card and which DirectX version it supports - that might help in finding the cause of this issue.

what do you mean "I'm just using this as a substitute for the actual game that I can't play because I don't have the time/money/space for a Wii U"

Might want to tone down the bottomless pits in any future level design; most of the time I had to slow down to a stop before attempting anything since the platforming was so dang precise. It's quite well-made, though. How do you edit the level? It seems like it might take a long time to put all those polygons down.

Also, it's possible to do a spindash while rolling. Not entirely sure if that's intentional or not.

Bottomless pits, huh? Guess I'm too used to Dimps' level design. I never had any issue with the level design when testing and always found it to have a nice flow, but I guess that's just because I know the level. Editing the level is pretty easy and less work than designing a level in Hello Engine.
