In the cloud stage after Windows 95, how do I dodge the third blackbird? Seems like its impossible to hit the third spiny egg without running into the bird.

The blackbird shouldn't touch you :)

Is this the best and most polished one yet? If so, I'm not bothering playing any of the older ones. Also Elecman's stage is SOOOO unfair sure I beat it but one hit kills are bad

A worthy sequel. However, I found the Jay battle to be quite annoying, as Camtendo constantly bounces, making it difficult to avoid it.

How to get past that windows-level? 0_o

Don't hold down the laser, it drains your energy. Same with the event immediately after you beat that level. Short controlled bursts are the way to go.
