Congratulations to the many entrants of the past competition! Hopefully mine will be able to live up to the last one! The theme of this competition, as you may have guessed from taking a glance at Toad down there, is [b]VEHICLES[/b]. [img]http://i.imgur.com/AUnXi.jpg[/img] [u][b]RULES[/b][/u] 1) [b]No edits![/b] 2) You can submit as many consecutive entries as you like, but only one can be accepted for the voting process. Felt I needed to reiterate that rule because of what happened in the last one! 3) Any kind of vehicle is acceptable. Be it cars, boats or even airplanes. As long as it qualifies as a vehicle. Yes, even Bowser's Clown Car. 4) You can both design your own vehicle, or just take any of the vehicles available from the Mario series and sprite that. 5) When designing your own vehicle... Try to design it with a specific Mario series character in mind. Such as throwing their [url=http://spriters-resource.com/ds/mariokartds/sheet/35036]emblem[/url] somewhere on the vehicle. Of course with enough creativity you probably wouldn't need to use an emblem! 6) Characters are optional. If you feel that your vehicle needs some sort of Mario character riding it... Go ahead. I won't stop you. Hope these rules are fair and open-ended enough. [u][b]Time[/b][/u] I think 2 weeks should be enough time for you guys to finish. So the competition will end at July 27, 2012! Make sure to get your entries in before that if you plan on entering!

definitely entering this, i'll probably do some sort of kuribo's shoe type car, only better than last time i did that for a competition

I like the theme! I have a question about the one entry only rule. What if I wanted to do something like a motorcycle gang of shyguys? Each different kind would have a slightly different bike. Would that be okay? Or would I only be able to pick one?

Woudn't that count as more than one entry?

If they are a group similar to the Koopa Bros. from Paper Mario and look veeery similar to eachother I don't see that as being a problem. They would probably get the same response anyway even as one alone. The purpose of the rule, or so I've interpreted as, is so that one cannot get an advantage over the other by entering multiple entries that are totally different in appearance. It's an official sprite competition rule that just seems to get overlooked a lot of the time. That is the only reason I have placed it into my competition.
